Variegated String of Hearts is a beautiful plant with heart-shaped leaves and striking variegation around the leaf edges. The areas of variegation will sometimes take on a pink tone, especially if the plant is grown in bright light. Leaves are generally about the size of a dime and grow on vines that tend to hang long and straight.
Medium Light - This plant prefers bright indirect light for 6 or more hours a day. Good locations for medium light plants often include sitting in an east or west facing window, or a few feet away from a south facing window.
Water Regularly - Water this plant every 1-2 weeks when the soil feels dry. Before watering, check the soil with your finger. If the soil still feels moist, wait another 4-7 days to see if the soil dries and the plant is ready to be watered. Almost all houseplants will use less water in the winter than in the summer, so adjust watering frequency seasonally based on how the soil feels.
