Related to broccoli, kale and cabbage, kohlrabi grow to be about about three inches in diameter and can be eaten raw or cooked. They are crunchy, slightly sweet and have a mild flavor reminiscent of broccoli or cauliflower. One plant produces one kohlrabi, so plant multiples for a good harvest.
