5/26 Sunday Salon: The Best of Both Worlds - Edimental Containers

What's better than a beautifully planted container bursting with color and texture? How about one that is just as beautiful but also totally edible! In this class we will explore the world of edimental plants - those that are both edible and ornamental. Using herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers, you'll plant a container combination to take home and enjoy all season long! With information on which plants to choose for excellent flavor and texture, as well as tips for care and harvesting, you'll enjoy learning while also designing a unique piece of edible botanical art.

Tickets: $69, space is limited - one participant per ticket, please. Additional containers and supplies will be available to purchase on site if you would like to make a set of two containers (or more than two!)

Spend the day at 54th and Nicollet! We recommend arriving early and enjoying brunch at Wise Acre before the salon. Kitchen is open until 3:00pm. Or browse the beauty of Tangletown Gardens, which is open until 6pm.
