Looking to send just the sweetest little love note to someone? Choose a locally grown Hoya Heart potted in a palm-sized 3" container. We propagate these hoyas ourselves at our farm in Plato, MN and each leaf includes a node (ie a growing point) meaning that unlike the hearts you'll find at other places, these cuties have the potential to grow into full-sized Hoya kerrii plants over time.

Include your gift message in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will handwrite it on a note card for you. We offer gift delivery any weekday, including Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14th!
